Even though we communicated we needed to skip baggage claim @AmericanAir forced us to check our carry-on bags…got on the plane and there was plenty of overhead room. 😡

💬 Anthony Ciccarello Not the first time this has happened and the gate attendant was not interested in helping us. As we left we could hear her complaining about other customers.
