This recipe has become somewhat of a joke in our house for how over-the-top it is, but I like to make it occasionally as a late-nite treat. I started making it in the cafeteria in college but it’s flexible based on what ingredients you have stocked in your pantry.

The measurements below are estimated and can be adjusted as desired.

  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup granola
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar or honey
  • 3 tablespoons Nutella (optional)


  1. Slice a banana into a cereal bowl
  2. Add granola, peanut butter, Nutella, chocolate chips, and brown sugar/honey to taste and mix
